Sunkela Project

Sunkela is more than just growing oyster mushrooms. It is a warm social initiative that supports families raising children with disabilities through adapted employment, training, and sustainable income. The project is presented on the GrantiX platform in the "Support for the Disabled" category.

Sunkela operates in the village of Sasunik in the Aragatsotn region of Armenia. There are 12 families in the village with children who have disabilities. Due to the constant care required for their child, many parents cannot work full-time, and Sunkela provides them with a real alternative.
